Our P & I coverage is designed to safeguard your business against all third-party liabilities arising from incidents such as cargo loss of or damage, pollution, death and injury to crew members or passengers, repatriation, stowaways and refugees or collisions with other vessels or with fixed and floating objects, wreck removal and pollution plus any fines or penalties which might be imposed.

 

Even more extraneous third-party liabilities will be considered. This ensures that your business is fully-protected in the case of any legal claims and helps you maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
