Julian has spent 58 years in the marine insurance market and 54 years specifically with Protection and Indemnity both as broker and underwriter.  He is well versed with respect to most of the important IMO conventions and protocols.  He has handled extensive offshore drilling business, floating production and storage offshore (“FPSO”) units and companies operating divers and remotely operated vehicles (“rovs”). Since 1992 Julian has been successfully involved in the establishment of mutuals and other insurance entities in the Maritime industry.
